Client Reviews
Trusted by Engineers Worldwide
From first prototype to production run — here is what our clients say about working with EAZ Model.
We needed a functional CNC prototype in under a week. EAZ quoted within hours, flagged a tolerance issue we had missed in the drawing, and delivered ahead of schedule. The part was spot-on. They have become our go-to supplier for pre-production work.
IP protection was our main concern when sourcing overseas. EAZ signed our NDA without hesitation and handled everything professionally. The SLA prototypes came out with excellent surface quality. Communication throughout was clear and fast — no chasing required.
I sent over a complex 5-axis aluminium part and honestly expected problems. Instead I got a competitive quote the same day, a short DFM note from their team, and a finished part that passed our CMM check first time. Rare to find this level of competence at this price point.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions from engineers and product teams. Not finding your answer? Email us at info@eazmodel.com
What manufacturing services does EAZ Model offer?
We cover the full production workflow under one roof — from early-stage prototyping to low-volume production runs. Core capabilities include CNC machining (3-, 4-, and 5-axis), 3D printing (SLA, SLS, SLM), sheet metal fabrication, vacuum casting, injection moulding, and die casting. Surface finishing is handled in-house.
How do I get a quote? How fast will I hear back?
Send us your 2D/3D drawings (STEP, IGES, DWG, or PDF) along with your required material, quantity, and tolerance requirements. Our engineering team will review the files and respond with a quote within 12 hours. Once you confirm the order, production begins immediately.
What are your typical lead times?
Lead time depends on part complexity, material, and process. For most rapid prototypes — CNC-machined or 3D-printed parts — delivery within days is standard. We also offer expedited options for time-critical projects. Share your deadline when you enquire and we will confirm feasibility upfront.
What materials do you work with?
We machine and print a wide range of engineering-grade materials — plastics, metals, and composites.
Glass-filled composites (PA+GF, POM+GF, PPS+GF) and rubber-like materials are also available. Not sure which material fits your application? Our engineers can advise.
Do you accept small orders or one-off prototypes?
Yes. We specialise in low-volume and single-piece prototype work — that is core to what we do, not an afterthought. Whether you need one functional prototype for testing or a small pre-production run, we treat every project with the same engineering rigour. There is no minimum order requirement.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. All files, drawings, and project details are treated as strictly confidential. We are happy to sign an NDA before any files are shared. Intellectual property protection is a standard part of how we work with clients — not a special request.
How do you ensure part quality?
Every part goes through our dedicated QC department before it ships. We use CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) and 2D optical inspection equipment to verify dimensional accuracy against your tolerances. Our senior programmer team — with 15+ years of CNC experience — reviews process parameters before production begins, reducing rework at the root.
What surface finishing options are available?
We offer a full range of in-house finishing to bring parts to a production-ready standard.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship globally. Parts are packaged by our in-house packaging department to protect precision surfaces during transit. Shipping method and carrier are confirmed at order time based on your timeline and destination. We work with clients across Europe, North America, Australia, and Southeast Asia.
